新型卧式组合分离器数值模拟及试验研究

摘要 采用CFD方法和PDPA测试系统对中石油西南分院设计研制的新型卧式组合分离器内部进行了气液两相流数值模拟和试验研究,并将模拟结果和试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,数值模拟计算所得到的分离器分离效率与试验值基本一致,表明CFD方法可以运用于该分离器优化设计。通过数值模拟研究发现,减小分离器长径比对分离器分离效率影响不大,但对其内部流态影响明显;在进口气液组份不变时,进口流量在70 m3·h-1以下为分离的高效区,超过70 m3·h-1之后,分离效率明显下降。 The gas-liquid two-phase flownumerical simulation and experiment are studied,about the new horizontal combined separator,which designed by PetroChina Southwest. The simulated results and the test results were compared and analyzed. The results show that separating efficiency of separator calculated by the numerical simulation and test values isconsistent,and the CFD method can be applied to optimize designing the separator,but affects the internal flow obviously. If the imports of gas-liquid composition unchanged,the separation of high efficiency area is obatained,when the inlet flow below70 m^3·h^-1 for,and the separation efficiency is decreased obviously more than 70 m^3·h^-1.
