摘要
利用结构分析软件ANSYS,从影响水化热温度应力场的多种因素入手,结合实际测定值进行对比,分析了导热系数、水化影响系数、弹性模量及徐变、地基约束等对水化温升的影响。结果表明,通过多因素综合分析,可以更好地掌握水化温升的分布场及相关的影响因素,对于大体积混凝土水化热的理论研究及温控措施具有指导意义。
Based on large structure analysis software ANSYS,the factors of affecting heat temperature stress field is analyzed. With the comparison of the actual measured value,the effect of heat conductivity,hydration effect coefficient,elastic modulus and creep to temperature rise of hydration were analyzed. The results showe that it can be better grasped the distribution of temperature field and the related influencing factors. This method can effectively control the mass concrete hydration heat stress field. And it plays the important role for the study of the theory of the mass concrete hydration heat and direction of the temperature control measurement.
