Advance on Crystallo-co-Agglomeration Based Particle Engineering Technique

摘要 目的介绍聚晶制粒技术制备药物微粒的研究进展。方法以近年来的研究文献为基础,对聚晶制粒技术的原理、制备过程、影响因素、质量评价、最新进展和发展趋势等方面进行归纳总结。结果与结论与球晶技术相比,聚晶制粒技术在制备药物微粒上有自身的特色,具有发展潜力和应用前景。 OBJECTIVE To introduce the erystallo-co-agglomeration (CCA) approach and its recent pharmaceutical progress. METHODS The forming mechanism, the manufacturing process, the evaluation parameter and the current trends of the CCA-based particle engineering technique have been summarized based on the literature at home and abroad. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Compared to the spherical crystallization, the CCA have definite advantages thus develop rapidly in recent years.
