WF16616的加压毛细管电色谱法测定

Determination of WF16616 by Pressurized Capillary Electrochromatography

摘要 建立了加压毛细管电色谱法快速测定脂肽类抗真菌化合物WF16616。流动相为乙腈∶6.5 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 5.2)(48∶52),流速0.08 ml/min,检测波长212 nm,分离电压11 kV。WF16616在0.06--1.60 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为101.17%,RSD为3.28%。 A pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC) method was established for the determination of WF16616, an antifungal lipopeptide compound. The method was conducted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile : 6.5 mmol/L phosphate buffer (pH 5.2) (48 : 52) at the flow rate of 0.08 ml/min, the detection wavelength of 212 nm, and the separation voltage of 11 kV. The calibration curve for WF 16616 was linear in the concentration range of 0.06 - 1.60 mg/ml. The average recovery was 101.17%, with RSD of 3.28%.
