摘要
本文通过分析房地产管理中多项目开发模式的实施的必要性和目前我国房地产企业主要采用的多项目开发管理模式,重点阐述了管理过程中存在的问题和相应解决对策。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of multi-project development mode in real estate management and the multi-project development modes mainly used by China＇s real estate enterprises, and focuses on the problems in management process and corresponding countermeasures.
