摘要
餐厨垃圾既有污染环境的危害性,又有可利用的资源性,因此为保护环境,实现经济的绿色发展,需要对餐厨垃圾回收体系的建立进行探讨。本文在对相关文献进行综述性研究的基础上,详细描述了我国餐厨垃圾回收体系的理论研究现状,并分析了在实践过程中,我国餐厨垃圾回收体系构建的特点和趋势。
Beacause the food waste has the pollution nature and the resource recovery at the same time, the research should be carried on how to establish recycling system of the food waste to protect environment, and to realize the green economic development. In this article, based on the review of related literature, the study on the current situation of Chinese food waste recycling system theory is described in detail, and the characteristics and the trend of food waste recycling system in the practice process in China are analyzed.
