摘要 以纳米金或功能化纳米金为探针分子发展起来的比色法,因其具有肉眼可视等诸多优势,已广泛应用于生理活性物质的检测分析中。主要综述了纳米金比色法的应用原理及其在生理小分子分析方面的最新进展,并对基于纳米金的比色法今后的发展趋势进行了展望。 Gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) as the signal readout of colorimetric method with the advantages of its visualization to the naked eye has been widely applied in the detection and analysis of physiologically active substances. This review demonstrates the principle and the up-dated application of colorimetric method with gold nanoparticles as probes in analysis of physiological small molecules, the development prospect of this kind of eolorimetric method is discussed.
