摘要 以双酚A为模板分子,2-乙烯吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,V(甲苯)∶V(液体石蜡)=3∶2混合溶液为溶剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备对双酚A具有亲和选择性的印迹微球。通过静态吸附、Scatchard分析及Langmuir吸附模型对印迹材料的吸附特性进行分析,并且运用选择性吸附对印迹材料进行评价。结果表明:印迹材料存在一类性质相同结合位点,吸附过程属于单分子层吸附,对目标分子双酚A具有较好的特异选择性。 The molecularly imprinted materials based on precipitation polymerization were prepared with bisphenol A as template molecule, 2-vinylpyridine as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker, V( toluene): V(llquid paraffin) = 3:2 mixed solution as solvent. The adsorption capacity was investigated with static adsorption, scatchard model analysis and Langmuir model analysis. The adsorption capacity of molecularly imprinted materials was evaluated by selective adsorption. The experimental results demonstrated that there was one certain type of binding sites existing in the molecularly imprinted materials and its adsorption process was single molecule layer adsorption. Selective adsorption text illustrated that as-prepared MIP possessed favorable specific selectivity.
