以乙醇-D6和苯酐为原料,在缩合剂的催化下生成标题化合物。以消耗的乙醇-D6计算,标题化合物收率87.5%。产品结构经质谱和核磁共振波谱等表征确定,纯度99.2%,氘同位素丰度99.1 atom%D,可作为食品安全领域检测用内标试剂。
The efficient synthesis of diethyi phthalate-D10 with CD3CD2OD and benzene anhydride as raw materials, under the catalysis of condensing agent to generate diethyl phthalate D10. The yields of diethyl phthalate-D10 was 87. 5% based on CD3CD2OD consumed. The product was confirmed by NMR and LC-MS. The purity is 99. 2% and deuterium isotopic enrichment is 99. 1 atom% D. The compound could be used as internal standards in the field of food safety testing.
