健脾补肾化瘀方对小鼠Lewis肺癌的抑瘤增效作用的研究

Research on the Tumor Inhibition and Synergism Effect of Jianpi Bushen Huayu Formula to Mice Lewis Lung Cancer

目的:探讨健脾补肾化瘀方对肺癌的抑制和化疗的协同增效作用。方法:选择小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌为模型,分别观察健脾补肾化瘀方以及与顺铂(DDP)联合应用时的抑瘤率。结果:健脾补肾化瘀方对小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),并能显著增强DDP对小鼠Lewis肺癌的抑瘤作用(P<0.05)。结论:表明健脾补肾化瘀方对动物移植性肺癌有抑制和对化疗药物的协同增效作用。

Objective： To probe the effect of Jianpi Bushen Huayu （JPBSHY） Formula on tumor inhibition and synergism with chemotherapy in lung cancer. Methods ： Lewis lung cancer model of transplanted mice were used, the inhibitory rates of an- titumor were observed respectively to JPBSHY Formula and combined with cisplatin （DDP）. Results ： JPBSHY Formula had sig- nificantly inhibition in transplanted mice with Lewis lung cancer （P〈0. 01 ）, and could enhance the effect of DDP remarkably （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It indicates that JPBSHY Formula has inhibition and synergism effect with chemotherapy in lung cancer of transplanted animals.
