摘要
目的:研究建立排石颗粒多味药特征图谱鉴别方法。方法:采用UPLC-G2 Q-Tof液质联用系统进行色谱分离和色谱峰归属,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相A,以甲醇:乙腈(2:1)为流动相B,以一定梯度洗脱,流速:0.2ml/分钟;检测波长为240nm。结果 26个色谱峰得到较好分离,初步归属15个色谱峰。方法的精密度、重复性、稳定性良好。结论:本方法可同时鉴别排石颗粒6味药材,可用于排石颗粒质量控制。
Objective: To establish characteristic chromatograms of 6Chinese herbal medicines in Paishi Granule by using UPLC-G2Q-Tof-MS. Methods: The analysis was carried out on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2. lmmxl00mm, 1.71xm), the detection wavelength was 240ram. The gradient elution was 0.1% formic acid (A) and methanol-acetonitrile (2 : 1 ) ( B), the flow rate was 0. 2ml . min-1. Results: 26peaks were found in the characteristic chromatograms of Paishi Granule and 15peaks of them were prehminarily indentified. Precision, reproducibility and stabihty is all right. Conclusion: The method can identify 6Chinese herbal medicines and can be used to control the quality of Paishi Granule.
