Study on Preparation Process of the Barbed Skullcap Capsule

目的:研究半枝莲胶囊制剂成型工艺。方法:确定加入辅料最大量,选择处方,制备药粉,测定吸湿百分率、休止角、堆密度、临界相对湿度以及胶囊的崩解时限。结果:根据临床剂量和胶囊实际装量,加入最大量的赋形剂可以使制成的药粉符合胶囊填装要求。结论:制剂符合胶囊剂质量要求。

Objective： To study on preparation process of the Barbed Skullcap Capsule. Methods： To determine the maximum content of excipients, choose formula, prepare powder, and to detect hygroscopicity, angle of repose, bulk density, critical relative humidity and the disintegration time for the prepared capsules. Results： According to clinical does and actual amount filled in capsule, when maximum amount of excipient was added, the drug powder could meet the filling demands of capsule. Couclusions： The pharmaceutical preparation is up to the quality specifications of capsule.
