自拟二乌汤配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-designed Erwu Decoction Combined with Electro-acupuncture to Treat Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察自拟二乌汤配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选神经根型颈椎病患者72例,随机分成2组,对照组33例,治疗组39例。对照组单用电针,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟二乌汤治疗。对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析与评定。结果:治疗组有效率97.4%,对照组有效率69.7%,两组有效率比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:自拟二乌汤配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Self-designed Erwu Decoction combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods ： 72patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 33cases in the controlled group, the treatment group was 39cases. The controlled group was treated with electro-acupuncture alone, the treatment group was treated additionally with Self-designed Erwu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. Their clinical therapeutic effects were analyzed and evaluated. Results： The effective rate was 97.4% in the treatment group and 69.7% in the controlled group with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion ： The Self-designed Erwu Decoction combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a remarkable curative effect.
