摘要
为探讨一种适合四川某猪场的猪口蹄疫免疫程序,笔者根据猪场的实际情况对原有免疫程序进行了调整,然后采集调整前和调整后不同日龄的猪血清,用ELISA和IHA进行抗体检测。结果显示:调整前3日龄、25日龄、50日龄、90日龄和120日龄猪的ELISA抗体阳性率分别为50%、30%、40%、50%、55%,IHA抗体阳性率分别为70%、54.54%、66.67%、70%和85%;调整后ELISA抗体阳性率分别为90%、35%、45.45%、61.11%和50%,IHA抗体阳性率分别为82.98%、83.33%、92.86%、95%和95%。可见调整后的免疫效果明显优于调整前,调整后的免疫程序为:25日龄首免,50日龄二免,90日龄三免,以后每3个月免疫一次。
To explore a reasonable immunization program of pig's foot-and-mouth disease, the author adjusted the immunization program according to actual situation of a breeding pig farm in Sichuan Collecting the serum of pigs at different ages before adjustment and after adjustment, then detected by ELISA and IHA. The results showed that the protective rates on 3, 25, 50, 90days-old were 500/0, 30%, 40%, 500/0, 55% by ELISA and 70%, 54.54%, 66.670/0, 70%, 85% by IHA before adjustment. The protective rates were 90%, 35%, 45.45%, 61.11%, 50% by ELISA and 82.98%, 83.33%, 92.86 %, 95%, 95% by IHA after adjustment. This experiment indicated that immune effect of adjusted program was better than before, the suitable immunization program as follows, the first immunization on the 25th day, the second immunization on the 50th day, and the third immunization on the 90th day, then immuned once every 3 months.
