摘要 气相法制备氟化石墨由于工艺简单、产品纯度高而成为合成氟化石墨最常用的方法。氟化石墨的合成过程涉及高温与活性单质氟气两方面的因素,安全控制十分重要。从原料、反应时间、反应温度、反应设备和纯化方法等方面对合成氟化石墨的工艺技术进行对比,旨在避免生产过程中出现潜在的危险,寻求提高氟化石墨产品质量的新方法,提升氟化石墨整体制备工艺的安全性。 Gaseous method has become the most common method to produce graphite fluoride because of its simply process and high purity product.The synthesis process involves two factors of high temperature and activity of fluorine, therefore, se- curity control is very important.For the purpose of avoiding the latent danger in the production process,seeking the new method to improve the graphite fluoride's quality, and promoting the whole preparation technology's security,the research contrast about synthesis technologies of graphite fluoride from aspects of raw materials, reaction time, reaction temperature, equipment, and purification methods etc.was made.
