摘要
以内蒙古胡麻籽为原料,采用水剂法提取胡麻籽油。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化胡麻籽油的提取工艺条件,并分析了胡麻籽油的理化性质。试验得到胡麻籽油的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,pH 11,浸提温度75℃,浸提时间3.5 h;在此条件下胡麻籽油得率为22.17%。经测定,水剂法提取的胡麻籽油气味、滋味纯正,水分及挥发物含量为0.11%,酸值(KOH)为0.38 mg/g。
Oil was extracted from Inner Mongolia linseed by aqueous method. The optimal extraction con-ditions of linseed oil were obtained by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows:solid - liquid ratio 1: 15,pH 11,extraction temperature 75 ℃ and extraction time 3. 5 h. Under these con-ditions,the yield of linseed oil was 22. 17% . The linseed oil extracted by aqueous method had pure odor and taste,the moisture and volatile matter content was 0. 11% ,and the acid value was 0. 38 mgKOH/ g.
