摘要
分析高校科技创新能力的涵义及其影响因素,然后运用DEMATEL方法对高校科技创新能力的影响因素作进一步分析,研究结果表明,人才资源是影响高校科技创新能力的关键因素,提出提高高校科技创新能力的几点建议,旨在为高校和政府管理部门提供决策参考。
This paper firstly analyzed the meaning and influence factors for university science and technology innovative ca-pacity,and then used the DEMATEL method to make a further analysis of the influence factors. The result showed that, human resource is the key influence factor for university science and technology innovative capacity. Finally,this paper proposed some advice to improve the university science and technology innovative capacity in order to provide some decision-making reference for universities and government administrative departments.
