摘要
构建上海地区CGE模型以研究能效进步的影响,发现能效进步具有积极的发展效应,经济总量及居民福利有所提高。同时,煤炭、石油、天然气及电力使用量增加,碳排放与单位GDP碳强度也随之上升,说明能效回弹效应广泛存在。产业层面上,能效进步有利于第一产业的发展,对第二和第三产业发展具有微弱的负面影响。具体来看,受益最大的是炼焦业、化学工业和纺织服装及皮革产品制造业,而发展受损最大的是采矿业和机械设备制造业。
The article constructed Shanghai CGE model to simulate the effect of energy efficiency improvement.The simu-lation indicated that improvement of energy efficiency stimulated the growth of GDP and residential consumption.In the mean time,with the growth in coal,oil,gas and electricity consumption,the carbon emission also increased,which reflec-ted that the rebound effect existed in Shanghai.It helped to develop the primary industry,and restrained the secondary and tertiary industries at the same time.Specifically,it benefited the coking,chemical and textile industry and hurt the mining and machinery manufacturing industry.
