摘要
为研究在热应激条件下日粮中添加不同水平的小花棘豆黄酮对肉仔鸡抗氧化能力的影响,本试验采用单因子试验设计,选用160只1日龄AA雄性肉仔鸡,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加10、30、50 mg/kg的小花棘豆黄酮,观察其对肉仔鸡自由基代谢和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,添加小花棘豆黄酮可不同程度地提高肉仔鸡的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),提高幅度最高可达248.05%;饲喂小花棘豆黄酮可显著提高肉仔鸡血清和肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性(P<0.05),显著降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05),并呈现出明显的时间和剂量效应。由此可见,小花棘豆黄酮可降低热应激对肉仔鸡造成的损伤。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of total flavonoids of Oxytropis glabra DC on anti-oxidative ability of AA broiler suffered heat stress.A total of 160 1-day-old male AA broilers were randomly allotted to 4 groups.The control group were fed basal diets,and 3 expermental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0,10,30 and 50 mg/kg flavonoids of O.glabra DC for 4 weeks.The results showed that total anti-oxide capacity (T-AOC)in serum, breast muscles and thigh muscles was increased during heat stress by feeding total flavonoids from O.glabra DC,the high-est value was 248.05%.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),catalase (CAT)and glutathione reductase (GR)in serum and thigh muscles during heat stress were significantly increased.The content of mal-ondiadehyde(MDA)were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),further more a time-effect as well as a dose-effect relationship was observed.In conclusion,total flavonoids of O.glabra DC could reduce the damage of heat stress for broilers.
