摘要
为研究尿素对苏丹草青贮发酵品质的影响,本试验共设2个处理组,试验组:苏丹草+3 kg/t尿素;对照组:苏丹草。结果表明:(1)试验组干物质和粗蛋白质含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)试验组pH和乳酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验组乙酸和丁酸含量有所下降,而丙酸和氨态氮含量有所升高,但均未达到显著差异水平(P>0.05)。由此可见,添加3 kg/t尿素能改善苏丹草青贮发酵品质。
This experiment was conducted to study effects of urea on the fermentation quality of Sudan grass silage. Chopped Sudan grass were ensiled either untreated(contro1 group)or treated with urea 3 kg/t(experimental group).The re-sults showed:(1) dry matter and crude protein contents of experimental group were significantly higher than those of con-trol group(P〈0.05),but neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents were markedly lower than those of con-trol group (P 〈 0.05). (2)pH and lactic acid levels of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05).(3)Compared with control group,acetic acid and butyric acid levels of experimental group decreased;and NH3-N levels of experimental group increased,although there were no significant differences (P 〉 0.05).In conclu-sion,urea with 3 kg/t adding level could improve the fermentation quality of Sudan grass silage.
