液相色谱法检测水产饲料中牛磺酸含量

Determination of the taurine contents of aquatic feed by high performance liquid chromatography

本实验通过高效液相色谱法对水产饲料中牛磺酸含量进行测定。采用超纯水提取样品中的牛磺酸,与1%2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)衍生后经高效液相色谱仪测定。结果表明,鱼饲料中牛磺酸平均回收率为98.8%,虾饲料中牛磺酸平均回收率为106.7%,样品中的牛磺酸检出限为45.8 mg/kg(信燥比S/N=3),定量限为152.8 mg/kg(信燥比S/N=10),该方法适合水产饲料中牛磺酸的定量分析。

High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）method for determination of taurine in aquatic feed was developed.Taurine was extracted from aquatic feed with ultrapure water,derivatived by 1%2,4-Dinitrofluorobenzene,and determined with HPLC.The mean recoveries of fish and shrimp feed were 98.8%and 106.7%.The limit of detection （LOD） was 45.8 mg/kg （S/N=3）and the limit of quantitation （LOQ）was 152.8 mg/kg （S/N=10） in aquatic feed.This method could be used for quantitive analysis of taurine in aquatic feed.
