摘要
本次黄曲霉毒素污染情况调查共检测样品2423个,通过酶联试剂盒初筛和液质联用仪验证两种方法进行检测。发现黄曲霉毒素污染主要存在棉籽粕、花生粕、玉米和国产玉米酒精糟中,从地区来看,华南地区黄曲霉毒素污染最为严重。黄曲霉毒素B1和黄曲霉毒素B2之间存在显著的相关性,相关系数为0.596(P<0.01)。所有检测样品中均未检出黄曲霉毒素G1和黄曲霉毒素G2。
The investigation on the aflatoxin contamination were detected in 2423 samples.ELISA Kit screening and LC-MS verify were used for deteremation.Aflatoxin contamination was found mainly in the cottonseed meal,peanut meal, corn and corn Distillers Dried Grains（DDGS）in domestic.From a regional perspective of aflatoxin contamination in South-ern China area was the most serious.There was a significant correlation between aflatoxin B1 and aflatoxin B2,the correla-tion coefficient 0.596（P〈0.01）.Aflatoxin G1 and aflatoxin G2 were not detected in all the samples.
