摘要
新闻职称制度改革是文化强国战略和人才强国战略的重要组成部分。基于对全国各地深化职称制度改革典型经验和主要做法的比较分析,结合重庆市深入推进新闻职称制度改革的个案操作,提出加强新闻职称制度改革的顶层设计、充分发挥新闻职称在新闻队伍建设中的作用等七个方面深入推进新闻职称制度改革的对策建议。
News title system reform is an important part of strategic culture strategy and talent strategy. This article Bases on Comparative analysis of deepening system reform of the typical experience across the country and the main approach,at the same time combines with the case of Chongqing in advancing the reform of news title system operation, puts forward seven views including strengthening top-level design in the reform of news title system and giving full play to news title in news team construction.
