摘要
针对中国当前服务型政府建设的现实要求以及十八届三中全会关于加快转变政府职能、创新行政管理方式的部署,采用理论分析与实践经验介绍相结合的方法,分析了地方政府在行政管理方式创新过程中存在的问题,提出了创新地方政府行政管理方式等对策。
In view of the construction of service .oriented government in China and deployment of speeding up the transformation of government functions and administrative management innovation by the 18th Third Plenary Session, theoretical analysis and practical experience were adopted to analyze the problems in innovating administrative management mode of Chinese local government and corresponding countermeasures were provided.
