Innovative theoretical foundation and paths for order-based talent-cultivation mode

针对"订单式"人才培养模式在中国职业教育应用中存在与职业教育理念矛盾冲突的问题,借鉴国际职业教育发达国家的经验,采用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法全面剖析"订单式"人才培养实施的前提条件,指出了目前我国职业教育"订单式"人才培养在实践中的问题,提出"订单式"人才培养模式在中国的实践路径。

In view of the contradiction between order-based talent-cultivation mode and the concept of vocational education in China＇s vocational education practice, advanced international experiences were learned and theoretical plus empirical researches were made to thoroughly analyze the prerequisite for implementing this cultivation mode. Present problems as well as the feasible paths were pointed out in practicing this mode in China.
