Association between socialist modernization and human and historical. At present, the underdeveloped social productive modernization is relevance, objectivity, inclusive forces,the old concept of traditional social, the spiritual crisis of social transformation, the development venture of globalization, which restricts the coordinated development between socialist modernization and human modernization. To achieve depth fusion, mutual construction, benign interaction and synchronous development of socialist modernization and human modernization, we should accelerate economic development, build a harmonious society, promote democracy, strengthen cultural education, construct ecological civilization, and actively participate in the globalization.
