提高铜矿中伴生金的回收率试验

为提高紫金山金铜矿中伴生金的回收.采用闪浮加一次粗选的抑硫浮铜工艺,在不影响铜回收率的条件下,通过调节浮选矿浆质量分数、加入BP捕收剂及脉石抑制剂HY提高金的回收率.在矿浆pH值为10.5、丁胺黑药用量为25 g/t、BP用量为14 g/t、2号油用量为3 g/t、HY用量为25 g/t时,可以得到铜的回收率为85.02%、金的回收率为52.50%的铜精矿,该药剂制度可有效提高铜、金的回收率,达到提高铜矿中伴生金回收的目的.

This study was performed to improve the associated gold recovery from Zijinshan gold-copper mine. The depressant sulfide and flotation copper technology was used in the processing of quickly flotation and first rougher flotation. The present work was aimed to improve the gold recovery rate and not affect the copper recovery by adjusting the pulp density, adding collector BP and depressor HY. In the conditions of the pH value 10.5, dithiophosphate 25g/t, BP 14g/t, 2# oil 3g/t and the HY 25g/t, the recovery of copper and gold can reach 85.02% and 52.50%, respectively. So this processing could improve the recovery rate of copper and gold efficiently, andthe aim for increasing the gold recovery was achieved.
