摘要
以2-甲基喹啉为原料,经4步合成了氟化硼络合喹啉咪唑类荧光染料,通过1HNMR、13CNMR、MS对其结构进行了表征。考察了该染料在不同溶剂、不同浓度及固态的紫外、荧光性质。结果表明,该含喹啉咪唑类〔boron2-(2-quinoline)imidazole〕染料在极性溶剂(甲醇)中的Stokes位移为134 nm,荧光量子产率为0.1;在非极性溶剂(正己烷)中的Stokes位移为66 nm,荧光量子产率为0.468。
Starting from methylquinoline, a quinoline imidazole boron fluoride dye was synthesized through four-step reactions. The structure of the compound was characterized by means of 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and MS. Its ultraviolet and fluorescence properties in different solvents of different concentrations and in solid film state were studied. The results show that the Stokes shift of the dye in polar solvent(methanol) was 134 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield was 0. 1 ;the Stokes shift of the dye in nonpolar solvent(hexane) was 66 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield was 0. 468.
