摘要
沂蒙精神是历史和逻辑的统一,既具有人民性,更具有鲜明的党性,是党性和人民性的统一,是党群关系建设的实践结晶。山东根据地的政权建设、经济发展、文化建设和作风建设,是党群关系建设的具体表现。当前,弘扬沂蒙精神,其核心要义就是中国共产党人如何在新的历史条件下继续加强党群关系建设。
