In the metabolism of human with the natural material transformation, there is a crack which cannot be made up for.On the question of how to eliminate cracks, Marx put forward the recycling economy idea of waste use, which contains3Rprinciples： reducing, reusing, recycling. It explored the implementing conditions of waste recycling and have its prospective and feasibility. Marx＇s idea of recycling economy has realistic guiding value for the development of circular economy and construction of ecological civilization.
