摘要
高校图书馆参考咨询工作是为教学、教育、科研及地方文化经济建设解决知识信息查询与获取过程中遇到的各种问题,起着帮助各知识层次读者找到文献资料或找到适用信息的作用。随着信息技术的发展,参考咨询服务工作在高校图书馆服务中显得越来越重要。基于读者提问,凭借图书馆的馆藏资源,包括文献信息资源和服务人员的技术、智力资源等,与读者双方互动交流而直接提供给读者所需知识信息等成为服务的主要内容。面对新的情报信息供需环境,数字参考咨询服务的组织机构和管理体制需要在队伍建设、搭建平台、网站建设等方面不断地创新和完善。
Reference service is of great importance, for it will assist readers to solve the problems in querying and obtaining knowledge and information and find suitable information in teaching, education, academic research and local cultural construction. With the rapid development of information technology, reference service plays more and more important role in university libraries. The main contents of reference service change to mutual interaction based on the query of readers. Facing the new information supplying and demanding context, the organization and management system of digital reference service need to continuing innovation and perfection in talents, platform and website constructions.
