针对从供应链角度评价商业企业物流能力,采用改进的灰色层次分析法,从物流信息能力,物流管理能力,物流服务能力三个方面构建了符合供应链商业企业特点的物流能力评价指标体系,研究结果:明显降低指标权重确定的主观性,简化计算量的改进的灰色层次分析评价方法能定量计算各个指标所属灰类,直观的显示企业物流能力需要改进的具体方面,适合指标体系评价.

For the evaluation of commercial enterprise logistics ability from the perspective of supply chain, this paper utilized the improved gray analytic hierarchy process to evaluate logistics capability and constructed an index system that meet the characteristics of commercial enterprise from the aspects of logistics information capability, logistics management capability and logistics service ability. The study found that improved gray analytic hierarchy gray evaluation method which significantly reduced the subjectivity for determination of index weight, and simplified the calculation which can calculate each index class in a quantitative way, and display specific aspects of enterprise logistics ability that needs to be improved directly. This method is suitable for evaluating index system.
