Aluminum-based composite materials strengthened by Al_2O_3 and Gr binary powders and its wear properties

摘要 为研究Al2O3和Gr双相颗粒对Al基复合材料耐磨性的影响,采用粉末冶金法制备了不同Al2O3和Gr质量分数的Al基复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪、布氏硬度计、ML-10摩擦磨损机、扫描电镜等手段对样品的物相组成、硬度、磨损性、表面显微形貌进行表征.结果表明:随Al2O3的增加,样品的硬度逐渐增大.试样的耐磨性随Al2O3质量分数的增加先增大后减小,Al2O3的质量分数为9%的样品具有良好耐磨性.在润滑油下,试样的磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损. Aluminum-based composite materials with different AlO23 and Gr powder quantities were synthesized by powder metallurgy. Phase, Brinell hardness, wear properties and surface micro-morphology were tested by X-ray diffractometer, Brinell hardness tester, ML-10 type wear testing machine and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The result shows that with increasing of AlO23 content, the hardness increases. The wear resistance increases and then decreases as the AlO23 content increases. The sample with 9% of AlO23 powders has the best wear resistance. The main wear mechanism of sample under oil lubrication is abrasive wear.
