摘要
针对能量分析和火用分析等用能分析方法存在一些不足,没有考虑系统运行的经济性.基于火用经济学的代数模式,提出了复杂系统的火用经济分析模型,给出了的系统—子系统—设备的火用经济分析过程.研究表明:根据天然气深冷分离装置特点,划分为6个单元,建立系统和单元的火用经济平衡方程,给出火用经济分析评价指标;对于多个输入和输出物流,提出基于能级分摊的辅助方程建立方法.利用所建模型.对某NGL装置进行了火用经济分析,提出了合理调整压缩机及膨胀机的运行参数和应尽量使余热锅炉在满负荷下运行等措施,实际应用取得了较好效果.
Acorrd to Energy analysis and exergy analysis using analysis methods have some deficiencies, which mainly do not take into account the system of economy. Based on the algebraic model of exergy economics, this paper put forward the exergy economic analysis model of complex systems, and presented a system, subsystem, equipment of exergy economic analysis. According to characteristics of cryogenic gas separation device, which can be divided into 6 units, this study established the system and unit exergy economic equilibrium equation, and gave the exergy economic analysis and evaluation indicators; For multiple input and output of logistics, this study then put forward the level of the method of auxiliary equation. Using the model in this paper, based on the exergy economic analysis of the NGL plant, this study put forward the reasonable adjustment of the compressor and expander operation parameters, and reduced the output of the corresponding to the unit logistics unit exergy cost. In the process of running, trying to make the waste heat boiler under full load operation, then the process of waste heat recovery unit exergy cost will decrease sharply. According to the results of the calculation and analysis of the actual operation NGL device calculation has obtained a good effect.
