This paper studies the basic principles of TRIZ theory and application methods for the study of the theory foundation, comprehensively systematically introduces TRIZ theory and its application; take Yichang City as an example, the research related to the equipment manufacturing enterprises for the understanding and the introduction of application of TRIZ theory;to explore the TRIZ theory in regional manufacturing enterprises of publicity and promotion strategy;it studies TRIZ theory in the practice of enterprise application methods.
