摘要
电力调度运行对整个电网系统的稳定性有很大的影响,如果在电力调度运行的过程中发生安全事故,不仅会降低供电质量,还有可能造成大面积停电,严重的甚至会引发重大的电气安全事故,因此,加强电力企业调度运行管理的安全控制有十分重要的作用。
