随着人们生活水平的提高,乘车外出的时间越来越多,火车因其自身的优点被普遍认可,铁路运输业也因此得到了突飞猛进的发展。但是,由于火车票引发的纠纷也逐年增多,尤其是火车票站票座价问题更是被谈得沸沸扬扬。本文将从合同法以及经济法的相关内容进行论述。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,people go out by train more and more often.Train is adopt as transportation more common because of its own merits,thus railway transportation develop rapidly.But disputes attribute to the price of ticket are also in-creasing year by year,especially that the problem of price between standing tickets and seating tickets has caused great discussion.The paper will discuss the related contents with following points：the basic principles of civil law,contract law and economic law.
