泪道栓塞术治疗干眼症的临床效果及安全性研究

To Study the Clinical Effect and Safety of Lacrimal Duct Embolization in the Treatment of Dry Eye

目的观察泪道栓塞术治疗干眼症的效果,并且分析治疗的安全性。方法选取我院在2013年2月～12月收治的干眼症患者86例,采用泪道栓塞术的方法治疗,观察患者的治疗效果,检查患者治疗前和治疗后的角膜荧光素染色积分、泪膜破裂的时间、泪液分泌实验的变化。结果 35例患者治疗效果显著,48例患者治疗有效,仅有3例治疗无效,并且患者治疗后的各项参数指标相比治疗前有着很明显的改善（P〈0.05）。结论在干眼症的治疗中应用泪道栓塞术治疗具有非常好的治疗效果,患者出现的不良反应少,具有非常积极的临床意义,值得在治疗中推广及应用。

Objective To observe the effect of lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of dry eye, and safety analysis of treatment. Methods In our hospital in 2013 February 86 cases of ～12 treated patients, the treatment methods of lacrimal duct embolization, therapeutic effect observation of patients, changes in the treatment of patients before and after treatment of corneal fluorescein staining, tear break-up time integral, Schirmer test. Results 35 patients with obvious curative effect, 48 patients with effective treatment, only 3 cases ineffective, and the parameters in patients after treatment compared with before treatment has obvious improvement（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With a very good therapeutic effect in the treatment of dry eye syndrome with lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of patients, adverse reactions less, has the significance very positive, worth and application in therapy.
