神经电生理对早期远隔取穴针刺法治疗急性面神经炎的疗效分析

Evaluation of Staging Acupuncture Treatment Acute Facial Paralysis by Neural Electrophysiology

目的通过神经电生理检查来观察、评定早期远隔取穴针刺法治疗急性面神经炎的疗效。方法将132例患者分成对照组和治疗组,分别给予早期远道取穴针刺法治疗和常规治疗,通过神经电生理检查评定两组疗效。结果早期远道取穴针刺法治疗组分别于治疗14 d和28 d后通过神经电生理检查评定潜伏期、波幅、神经传导速度均优于对照组(P<0.05)有统计学意义,早期远道取穴针刺法治疗组疗效好于对照组。结论早期远道取穴针刺法结合常规方法治疗急性面神经炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Staging Acupuncture combined with conventional therapy in treating the patients with the Acute facial paralysis. Methods 132 patients were divided into control group and treatment group which were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with Staging Acupuncture respectively. The therapeutic effect was assessed by the nerve electrophysiological examination. Results There was statistical significance in the treatment group when we compared the Neurophysiological results in the treatment group with that in control group after 14 days and 28 days. The healing effect in Staging Acupuncture group was more effective than that in control group.Conclusion The effect is more significant when we combined Staging Acupuncture with conventional methods to treat Acute facial paralysis.
