护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用及价值

In the Operating Room Nursing Check System to Prevent the Application of Nursing Disputes and Value

目的分析护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用及价值。方法选取我院2011年12月至2012年12月间收治的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在整个手术过程中采取严格科学的手术室护理查对制度,对两组患者的护理问题进行分析对比。结果观察组中发生的护理问题明显少于对照组,仅有1例患者在输血的过程中发生了输血反应,但通过护理人员及时的处理和沟通之后得到有效的解决,没有发生医疗纠纷。对照组中则有5例患者发生了输血反应,有3名患者由于手术器械消毒不合格而发生感染。观察组护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组。两组数据结果比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中具有良好的应用效果及价值意义,值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing check system to guard against in the operating room nursing dispute the application and value. Methods Selected from December 2011-2012 of 80 patients admitted in December as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group of patients. Control group using conventional nursing mode, the observation group in the process of the whole operation to take strict scientific operating room nursing check system, through the comparative analysis on two groups of patients nursing problems. Results The nursing problems occurred in observation group was obviously less than control group, only 1 patients occurred in the process of transfusion blood transfusion reaction, but by nursing staff in a timely manner after processing and communication be effectively solved, no medical disputes. In the control group there were five patients blood transfusion reaction happened, three patients with infection occurs due to the surgical instruments disinfection is not qualified. The incidence of nursing disputes observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Results two groups of data comparison has obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing check system in the operating room nursing to prevent disputes has a good application effect and value, is worth popularization in clinical application.
