氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

Clopidogrel in Combination with the Clinical Effect of Aspirin in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的探究氯吡格雷结合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月在我院接受治疗的42例不稳定心绞痛患者作为研究对象,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组21例,对照组给予常规抗心绞痛治疗,观察组在常规抗心绞痛治疗的基础上使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷,对比两种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果接受治疗后,观察组和对照组的心绞痛都得到了改善,观察组的改善程度明显高于对照组。对照组的治疗总有效率为80.9%。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.2%。观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。对照组的不良反应发生率为19.0%。观察组的不良反应发生率为4.7%。观察组的不良反应发生率远远低于对照组。结论氯吡格雷结合阿司匹林应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗,不仅疗效显著,安全性好,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the clopidogrel in combination with the clinical effect of aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods In December, 2010- December 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 42 patients with unstable angina as the research object, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 21 cases in each group, control group given conventional anti angina treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional anti angina treatment use of aspirin and clopidogrel, compared the therapeutic effect of two methods of treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group and control group the angina pectoris have improved, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The treatment of control group total effective rate was 80.9%. Treatment group total effective rate was 95.2%. The treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.0% in the control group. Observation group the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.7%. The incidences of adverse reactions to observe is far lower than the control group. Conclusions Clopidogrel combined with aspirin is applied to the treatment of patients with unstable angina, curative effect is distinct, not only the security is good, is worth popularizing in clinic.
