含风电场电力系统的模糊鲁棒优化调度 被引量:14

摘要 随着电力系统中风电渗透率的不断提高,如何维护含风电场电力系统的安全稳定运行成为调度部门面临的新挑战。风电功率预测为调度部门提供决策依据,是解决风资源波动性和间歇性的首要方法,但当出现预测方法无法有效预测的风电功率爬坡事件时,依据功率预测值安排的调度方案可能不可行。为此,在传统模糊调度的基础上,提出含风电场电力系统模糊鲁棒调度方法。该方法采用六点模糊数考虑风电功率爬坡事件持续时间的不确定性,生成包含最坏场景的不确定集,并将其用来描述风电功率及安排调度。算例结果表明,考虑风电功率爬坡的模糊鲁棒调度可以有效解决传统调度方案中系统爬坡能力不足的问题。 With the increase of wind power penetration in power systems, keeping security and reliability of power systems with wind farms becomes the new challenge faced by dispatch operators. Wind power prediction can provide decision basis for dispatch department and is the primal method to deal with the intermittent and volatile nature of wind power. But the dispatch scheme may be infeasible when there is a ramp event which the forecast method cannot predict effectively. In the paper, on the basis of traditional fuzzy models we proposed a fuzzy robust dispatch model considering ramp events. In the model a six fuzzy number was used to describe the uncertainty duration of ramp events, and an uncertainty set which contained the worst-case scenario was constructed to describe the wind power and be used for dispatch. The example results show that the fuzzy robust dispatch scheme considering a wind power ramp event can ensure the system ramp capability which may not be enough in a traditional dispatch scheme.
