摘要 为了实现胶心开关和密封压力灵活可控,延长胶心的使用寿命,增强旋转防喷器的旋转密封性能,研制了一种新型主动密封式旋转防喷器。该防喷器核心密封部件设计为一种参数指标更优、尺寸更小、受压载荷更小的油压收缩主动补偿式组合胶心。通过室内模拟试验,胶心密封性能得到彻底完善,达到驱动液压油无压降,无可见渗漏的效果。现场应用结果表明,该防喷器性能可靠,装卸快速,降低了现场操作人员的劳动强度,使用寿命大大延长,满足欠平衡钻井现场作业要求。 To make the control of rubber core open/close and sealing pressure flexible, extend the life of' the rubber core and enhance the sealing performance, a novel active sealing rotating control device is developed. The core sealing component is a hydraulic shrinkage active compensating lubber core assembly which has a better pa- rameter index, smaller size and smaller pressure load. Indoor simulation test indicate that the sealing performance of rubber core has been greatly improved without pressure drop of hydraulic oil and visible leakage. Field application shows that the novel rotating control device has a reliable performance and a quick rig-up and rig-down, thus greatly extend its service life and reduce labor intensity of field operator, meeting the operational requirements of underbal- anced drilling.
