摘要
为使连续管作业机液控系统传输管线能够有序排布、节省空间,研制了用于缠绕注入头和防喷系统液力软管的控制软管滚筒。该装置以旋转接头为筒体轴心,单边驱动,两端配转向集成块接液压管线,整体结构紧凑。对研制的滚筒开展了动态寿命和静态密封试验,试验过程中,各通道保压情况良好,旋转接头内部无泄漏,旋转接头和转向集成块的连接处无泄漏,满足现场使用要求。试验完成后对旋转接头进行拆解,拆解情况表明,旋转接头密封组合仍可继续使用,轴套与轴心磨损仅为0.02 mm,壳体与轴心表面粗糙度无明显变化,验证了产品的可靠性。
In order to make transportation pipeline of coiled tubing unit hydraulic control system orderly ar- rangement and space saving, a control hose drum was developed for coiling injection head and BOP control sys- tem. A rotating joint is set as a shaft, unilateral driving, and steering manifold connected at both ends with hydrau- lic pipelines, the whole structure is compact. The dynamic life and static seal property of this drum was test, the pressure of the pipes were all in good condition during the test process, no leakage in rotating joint and connection of the rotating joint and steering manifold, reached the requirements in the field. Rotating joint was disassembled when the test was finished. Seal assembly still could be used, the wear length of the shaft sleeve and axis was only 0. 02 mm, the surface roughness of housing and axis had no significant changes.
