智能注水井一体化测调技术改进及配套技术 被引量:14

Improvement of Integrated Testing and Regulating Technology of Supporting Technology for Smart Water Injection Well

摘要 对智能注水井一体化测调技术存在的测调配水器适用管柱种类受限、测调仪受油污影响失真等问题进行了相应的改进。设计了大压差式测调配水器,满足扩张式封隔器注水工艺的需要;研制了超声波一体化测调仪,可以在含油较多的水井进行测试。超声波一体化测调仪在现场完成24井次测调,测调成功22井次,测调成功率91.7%,有效提高了注水层段合格率,且测试数据无失真现象。一体化测调技术覆盖了所有注水工艺管柱,应用规模进一步扩大,技术改进后现场推广应用350余井次,施工成功率达到98.0%,测试调配精度达到90.0%以上,其中最大井斜56.3°,分层级数最多为5层,最大井深3 200 m,取得了良好的应用效果。 To address the issues of the integrated testing and regulating technology for smart water injection well, including limited compatible tubing types for testing and regulating water regulator and affected results of tes- ting and regulating tool by oil contamination, corresponding improvements has been conducted. A large-differential- pressure water regulator has been designed for water injection technique using expandable packer. An ultrasonic tes- ting and regulating tool has been developed for testing in water injection well with high oil content. The new devel- oped integrated ultrasonic testing and regulating device has been applied in 24 wells with success in 22 wells and success rate of 91.7%, which has greatly improved the passing rate of injection zones. What' s more, no distortion has been found in test data. The integrated testing and regulating technology has covered all the water injection tub- ing and application has been expanded. After improving, the technology has been applied in 350 wells with the lar- gest inclination of 56.3°, the maximum layer number of 5, the maximum depth of 3 200 m. The applications had a great performance with the success rate of 98.0% , testing and regulating accuracy of over 90.0%.
