摘要
针对游梁式抽油机不能随油井工况自动调整平衡度和冲次,且调整不方便,造成油田设备日常管理难度较大,不利于节能工作开展的现象,研发了一种自平衡智能抽油机。该抽油机在常规机的基础上设计了一套平衡调节装置和特制悬绳器,嵌入了传感器,配套了具有特殊功能的智能控制柜,具有油井功图和电参数的采集和传输,以及根据油井工况变化自动调抽油机平衡度和冲次的功能。现场应用结果表明,该自平衡智能抽油机具有装机功率低、自动化程度高、调参方便可靠的优点,自动优化模式与工频运行模式相比,平均吨液百米耗电量由1.559 kW·h下降到1.250 kW·h,降低19.7%;平均系统效率由18.07%提高到22.54%。
The beam pumping unit could not automatically adjust the balance degree and stroke according to well conditions, this makes the oilfield equipment daily management very difficult and the energy conservation work difficult to carry out. To address the issue, a self-balancing intelligent pumping unit is developed. On the basis of conventional pumping unit, the self-balancing intelligent pumping unit adds a set of balancing device and special beam hanger, embeds sensors and adds an intelligent control cabinet. The intelligent control cabinet could gain oil well indicator diagram, acquire and transmit electrical parameters, as well as automatically adjust balance degree and pumping speed in accordance with the well conditions. Field application results show that the self-balancing in- telligent pumping unit has a low installed power, high degree of automation, convenient and reliable parameter ad- justment. Compared with the power frequency mode, in the automatic optimization mode, the power consumption per tons of liquid of 100 meters reduces from 1. 559 kW· h to 1. 250 kW · h with a reduction of 19.70%. The av- erage system efficiency increases from 18.07% to 22.54%.
