摘要
针对本项目组的机器视觉指针式压力表自动检定系统,结合指针仪表图像的特点,提出一种改进的自适应阈值法。先对图像进行去噪滤波、直方图均衡化等增强处理,再通过基于积分图像的自适应阈值法进行仪表图像二值化,使仪表指针和刻度线特征信息尽量保留。实验结果表明,与全局阈值法、自适应阈值法相比,此方法能够有效消除仪表图像光照不均匀、噪声干扰等因素的影响,很好实现图像轮廓提取、特征细节突出。研究成果简单易行,具有较好的推广价值。
Based on the characteristics of analog meter images,this paper proposes an improved adaptive threshold method based on improved adaptive threshold algorithm. After the sharpening and histogram equalization,this paper makes the binarization using adaptive threshold algorithm to highlight the feature details. Experimental results show that the method can eliminate the instrument image uneven illumination and noise signal interference factors in contrasted to the global threshold algorithm and adaptive threshold algorithm. The method of research was simple and easy to implement,which has a pretty good promotional value.
