摘要
针对目前应用较为广泛的以重油为燃料的15t圆形熔铝炉为研究对象,利用CFD软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型、化学组分输运和反应模型中的涡耗散模型对熔铝炉炉内传热、流动以及燃烧进行了三维稳态流动的模拟研究。通过数值模拟得到了炉内气体温度场、速度场的分布情况,为重油不换向蓄热式熔铝炉的设计与研究提供了理论基础,并通过实际工程项目的节能效果验证了数值模拟的正确性。
In view of wide-ranging application to the 15 t cylindrical aluminum melting furnace with heavy oil as fuel currently,three-dimensional steady flow numerical simulation research were conducted to simulate the heat transfer,fluid flow and combustion in the furnace.Computational fluid dynamics( CFD) software,the standard k-ε turbulent model and eddy-dimensional model in chemical species and reaction were used. The temperature distribution and the flow field of gas in the furnace are established by numerical simulation,which provides fundamental data for the design and research of oil-fired non-reversing regenerative aluminum melting furnace. Finally,the energy-saving effect in the practical engineering projects proves the correctness of numerical simulation.
