摘要
从药用植物飞龙斩血的根中分离得到一株内生真菌F-3-KONG。采用纸片扩散法,检测菌株F-3-KONG发酵产物对35种病原指示菌的抑菌活性,结果显示:该菌株能产生对34种病原指示菌抑制的活性物质,具有广谱抑菌活性。根据形态学特征和ITS序列分析结果,将其鉴定为总状毛霉(Mucor racemosus)。以抑菌活性、生长状况与发酵产量为发酵指标,优化菌株F-3-KONG固体扩大发酵培养的条件,并得到了最佳的发酵培养条件。为进一步研究和利用F-3-KONG次生代谢产物奠定基础。
An endophytic fungus F-3-KONG was isolated from the root of Toddalia asiatica. The antimicrobial activities of the fermented product of the endophytie strain F-3-KONG was measured against 35 pathogenic microbes by using paper disc diffusion method, the results show that the fermented product of the strain F-3-KONG contains antimicrobial substances which had extensive activities against 34 pathogenic microbes. And the strain was classified and identified as Mucor racemosus by morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis based on ITS region sequences. The expanded solid fermentation conditions of the strain F-3-KONG with antimicrobial activity growth status and fermentation yield as an index were optimized. The study was provided a basis for further studying and utilizing antimierobial substances extracted from M. racemosus F-3-KONG.
