综述了鲁棉研系列转Bt抗虫棉产业化开发15年的历程,包括产业化开发模式(普通许可、独占许可、竞标拍卖)、产业化开发的措施(以企业为载体,加快成果产业化;以基地为保障,确保良种生产质量;以项目为依托,通过示范促进推广;加强培训服务,确保技术到位;加强维权工作,优化经营环境)以及推广应用的规模及效果。

This article reviewed the industrialized exploitation course of Lumianyan series of transgenic - Bt insect - resistant cotton varieties in the past 15 years, including the industrialized exploitation modes （common licensing, monopolistic licensing, and competitive tender and auction）, industrialized exploitation measures （using the enterprise as a carrier to accelerate the industrialization of research achievements ; taking the base as a guarantee to ensure the quality of fine seed production ; promoting the extension of cotton varieties through demonstration based on the research projects ; strengthening the training of service to ensure that the technology is in place; strengthening the work of safeguarding rights to optimize the business environment）, and the scale and effeet of the popularization and utilization of these cotton varieties.
